PELS Scholarship Application

Need-based partial scholarships may be awarded to eligible Virginia law enforcement agencies. Scholarship applications must be submitted by the agency chief executive. Scholarship applications may be obtained by contacting the Virginia Police Chiefs Foundation office at (804) 285-8227.
