The Virginia Police Chiefs Foundation offers the CYCLE program at no cost to the teens or their families. Instead, we rely upon the support of businesses, concerned citizens, and public and private grants to fund the program. Many of our CYCLE students would not have been able to attend if they had been required to pay all or part of the expenses. Expenses per student cost the foundation $950, which covers tuition, instructor fees, course materials, lodging, meals, and team-biilding activities.
