Mission

The mission of the CYCLE program is to provide the highest quality opportunity to young people across Virginia to both learn and use leadership skills in becoming valuable contributing members of society. This will be achieved though public and private partnerships. This program strives to promote an environment where our future leaders can learn and embrace the values of our diversity.
