Application
Selection Process
The selection process for this unique program will begin in the fall of each year with application information being sent to school resource officers/police officers. Officers will then identify potential CYCLE candidates and begin working on the application packets.
- Application forms are posted on our website in November of each year. All packets must be submitted by the nominating officer in February of each year.
- A technical committee will give consideration to ensure that qualified students from all areas of the state are represented.
- The nominating officer will notify the students and their parents/guardians of their acceptance by early April.
- The students and their parent/guardian must complete and return the acceptance packet by early May.
