SCHOLARSHIPS
As part of its mission, the VPCF is committed to increase learning opportunities for members of the law enforcement community and their families. Through the generosity of organizations and companies, the Virginia Police Chiefs Foundation is able to offer scholarships for law enforcement officials to attend Foundation programs. These scholarships are:
Altria Group, Inc. Scholarships for ILCT
Two full scholarships provided by a grant from the Altria Group, Inc. for law enforcement officers to attend the Institute for Leadership in Changing Times (ILCT).
Lex T. Eckenrode Scholarship for PELS
Partial scholarship to attend the Professional Executive Leadership School (PELS).
Needs-based Scholarships
Needs based scholarships for our law enforcement officers to attend VPCF training programs.
In addition, the Foundation is proud to offer a College Scholarship Program for dependant children of active police officers employed in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The Virginia Police Chiefs Foundation welcomes contributions to support our scholarship programs.
