ALTRIA GROUP, INC. SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ILCT

The Altria Group, Inc. has provided the necessary funds to the Virginia Police Chiefs Foundation to award two full scholarships to attend the 2012 Institute for Leadership in Changing Times (ILCT).


One scholarship has been designated for an individual representing a small law enforcement agency with twenty-five (25) or less authorized strength and the other scholarship has been designated for an individual from an under-represented group (Hispanic, African-American, Native American, etc.). These scholarships are only available for sworn law-enforcement officers employed in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The application below must be completed and submitted by the agency chief executive to the Virginia Police Chiefs Foundation. Scholarship applications must be received by May 6, 2011. Notification will be provided to the successful candidates.
