The VPCF recognizes our law enforcement professionals for their outstanding work and the sacrifices made in service to their communities. Valor, Lifesaving, & Outstanding Contribution to Law Enforcement The Virginia Police Chiefs Foundation has partnered with the VACP to co-sponsor three separate annual awards programs that recognizes superior efforts and actions of law enforcement/public safety personnel and private citizens. These awards programs are the Valor Awards, Lifesaving Award, and Outstanding Contribution to Law Enforcement award. To view past winners of these awards, please click here. PELS Graduate Leadership Award The purpose of this award is to recognize one member of each PELS class who has demonstrated outstanding leadership abilities throughout the PELS program.
