Valor, Lifesaving, & Outstanding Contribution to Law Enforcement
The Virginia Police Chiefs Foundation has partnered with the VACP to co-sponsor three separate annual awards programs that recognizes superior efforts and actions of law enforcement/public safety personnel and private citizens. PELS Graduate Leadership Award
The purpose of this award is to recognize one member of each PELS class who has demonstrated outstanding leadership abilities throughout the PELS program. The recipient of this award is chosen by his/her peers. To view a list of winners of the PELS Graduate Leadership Award, please click here.
